Product Description
Organic Zinc Rich Primer is a two-component epoxy primer heavily loaded with metallic zinc dust, designed for advanced corrosion protection of steel and fabricated structures. Once applied on properly blast-cleaned steel, it cures to a dense adherent film where zinc particles remain in electrical contact with the substrate, delivering sacrificial cathodic protection with low permeability barrier resistance.
Ideal for severe atmospheric, marine, refinery, bridge, plant, offshore, and infrastructure steel protection systems.
